{"id":20141,"date":"2019-02-28T13:59:46","date_gmt":"2019-02-28T16:59:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.afonsoclaudio.es.gov.br\/site\/?p=20141"},"modified":"2019-02-28T13:59:46","modified_gmt":"2019-02-28T16:59:46","slug":"decreto-no-0732019-considera-ponto-facultativo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.afonsoclaudio.es.gov.br\/site\/decreto-no-0732019-considera-ponto-facultativo\/","title":{"rendered":"DECRETO N\u00ba 073\/2019   CONSIDERA PONTO FACULTATIVO."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O Prefeito Municipal de Afonso Cl\u00e1udio, Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Considerando que no dia 05 de mar\u00e7o de 2019, Feriado Nacional de Carnaval;<\/p>\n<p><strong>R E S O L V E<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 1\u00ba.<\/strong> Considerar &nbsp;ponto facultativo nas reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas municipais no dia 04 de mar\u00e7o de 2019, segunda-feira e 06 de mar\u00e7o de 2019 , quarta-feira, ser\u00e1 das 07:00h as 12:00h.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 2\u00ba. <\/strong>Fica determinado que o expediente ser\u00e1 normal em toda reparti\u00e7\u00e3o publica, no dia 06 de mar\u00e7o de 2019 a partir das 12:00h.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 4\u00ba.<\/strong> Este decreto entra em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REGISTRE-SE, PUBLIQUE-SE E CUMPRA-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prefeitura Municipal de Afonso Cl\u00e1udio, em 27 de fevereiro de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;
